Theres a button in settings called console that brings up some examples like setting your money to 9999 and then it puts the command in the console. Other than that, check i think it's the devlog or a comment but there are a few examples there of how to inflate girls or yourself instantly.

Fortunately you can have more than one girl over at once by just inviting two at once with your phone...

Also due to the need for player control either you can be vored by anyone and there be a 2h time skip or you keep control and can't be shrank. Besides, the player has access to everything, even the fountain, so ofc you can vore any character.

Also this isn't made in renpy and that's just kinda obvious. It's made in game maker. 

Idk if it's any different in android, but the suggestions are sometimes booleans (need a 1 or 0 answer for true/false) so like uh random example, [set Bobbie plugged] (remove [] cuz im indicating commands), gives her a butt plug; most are string variables so another example where you insta fill her belly, 
[set Bobbie stomach_capacity 10000] so she doesn't vomit everything 

[set Bobbie stomach_food 10000] so you instantly max out her capacity, you can exceed the capacity a lot but she might vomit unless you set her stomach pressure to like negative so she doesn't

best to play around a load with the commands, idk how most work. Hope this helps

Probably kind of easy to implement because no new sprites should be needed, but you'd have more animations: anyone can micro unbirth/vore anyone cept the player because you need control, e.g. Bobbie is shrank and the player puts her in Aria. Also idk if it's just me but I'd love a way to inflate the girls' uteruses. 
Honestly, 10/10, probably the most well-made and not off-the-rails nsfw game I've seen.
